Lactation support for everyone
The Breast Choice Community Care Plan was created to ensure families have access to lactation support, regardless of insurance or income. This plan connects Medicaid clients and community partners to compassionate, evidence informed breastfeeding care that meets families where they are. Our goal is to remove barriers, build confidence, and support healthy feeding journeys for both parent and baby.
In-Home Consult
(Initial and Follow-Ups)
We offer personalized Breastfeeding Concierge Services to new mothers and their newborns. During the ideal newborn phase, we provide in-person home visits, oral and body assessments, and latch support. We also teach you effective pumping techniques and provide the necessary support to ensure you and your baby successfully navigate the early months of breastfeeding. Our Sessions usually last 60-90 minutes on THURSDAYS

Virtual Lactation Consult
At The Breast Choice, we offer virtual lactation consults providing a convenient and safe option for hesitant patients, or patients needing the convenience. We specialize in addressing any breastfeeding concerns and issues you may have, as well as offering helpful demos of important equipment. Whether you have back-to-work questions, or simply need some support, our virtual lactation consults are focused exclusively on you, the parent. These sessions usually last 30-60 minutes.

In Office Consult
At The Breast Choice, we understand breastfeeding can be tough, which is why our lactation consultants provide personalized in-office consultations to meet your needs. Our dedicated team of consultants is committed to providing top-notch lactation care to new parents in a comfortable and supportive environment. Don't let the challenges of breastfeeding get the best of you - schedule your in-office consult today. Currently, we work out of the Ft Worth Birth Center on Fridays, and Desoto on Mondays. This allows us to offer Lactation Support near you.
