About the event
The Breast Hour Wellness Circle
October 29 | 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
A little breastfeeding support. A little baby bonding. And some much needed space for you.
The Breast Hour Wellness Circle is an intimate postpartum experience created for moms who want trusted lactation support, connection with their baby, community, and time to slow down and pour back into themselves.
This month, we are introducing infant massage with Tiffani Dickerson, RN, IBCLC and Certified Infant Massage Educator.
You will learn simple infant massage techniques that can help you create intentional moments of connection with your baby outside of feeding. We will also talk about bonding, responsive touch, relaxation, and ways to incorporate massage into your routine at home.
